Before you sign up

Suits recruiters and HR teams who want hands-on uses of generative AI in hiring, from job descriptions to resume screening and onboarding chatbots. What stands out: it builds in bias monitoring and human review rather than full automation. The main caveat is that AI screening of candidates carries legal and ethical risk, so check what applies to your hiring, and the certificate is paid. A shorter overview is Generative AI in HR - Impact and Application of Gen AI from Board Infinity.
